VOLUNTEER PROGRAM CREATION & MANAGEMENT

We've got this.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM, TALENT & EVENT MANAGEMENT

Hear that? That’s the unmistakable sound of a hyped audience on their feet, applauding and shouting for more. They can’t get enough.

Listen a little closer and you’ll hear the buzz of hundreds of volunteers at work behind the scenes making those shouts possible and this event, the event of the season.

As volunteers, you’re the pulse of it all, working together to make magic happen. With our professional volunteer preparation and support, you earn the coveted opportunity to become an event insider and a valued contributor to its success. You earn your spot on the team and the pride that comes with it.
Make friends. Have fun. Experience it all.

It’s simple. Event organizers who prioritize volunteers, win. They win a team of empowered ambassadors and a cohesive, efficient group who are professionally trained to address their specific needs. And that’s why they enlist us – for a professional volunteer management program.

From sun up to sun down, from lights up to lights down -- from the beginning to the end of the experience -- your experience, we’ve got this!

VOLUNTEER

Volunteering can change your life.

Believe it.

It’s true.

What you learn as an event volunteer can’t be studied in books, or taught in a classroom. It’s an on-the-ground and in-the-moment experience – one that is truly what you make of it.

As a CBM volunteer, the detailed information, supervision and support our program provides, gives YOU the coveted opportunity to peer behind the curtain of these events as an insider.

You will tap into your smarts, skills and good nature, and rise to meet a variety of challenges. While the gears of a live event are in motion, you will be the faces of the event and be empowered to make the seemingly impossible, possible. When you swoop in to prevent and solve problems, your contribution has an undeniable large-scale impact. You become an event ambassador to thousands of patrons. And collectively, as part of a volunteer team, you make experiences fun and memorable for everyone — yourself included. You can’t put a value on the knowledge you acquire, the confidence you build, the praise you earn and the network of new friends you score along the way. It’s life-changing.

At every skill level, it all starts with the simple contribution of your time.

You’ve got this! Volunteer.

Meeting so many people was amazing, getting to know everyone, making new friends and just the atmosphere of the entire event and how positive everyone was. Best time of my life.”

EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE

We’re a professional volunteer management service created around one central idea - prioritize volunteers.

They’re perhaps the most valuable asset of your live event. So while it’s a massive undertaking to recruit and prepare hundreds of individuals and set up a program that provides them with the right resources to be successful, it makes sense that it should be. But it doesn’t have to be a burden.

When you enlist CBM, a positive, prepared and empowered volunteer team is immediately within reach. We don’t just coordinate volunteers — we work closely with your production team to customize a program that meets your specific needs. That’s how we facilitate a win-win scenario. One where clear communication and established roles make volunteers feel valued for their contribution, while clients feel confident that their needs are not only understood, but totally taken care of. And we have the client and volunteer roster to prove it.

When volunteers are a priority to the success of your event, hiring a professional service to manage them should also be a priority. CBM is that service.

We’ve got this!

Carrie and her team have been an absolutely integral part of Field Trip since our first year. As a small, community-driven, family-focused event, I can't tell you how essential it is to know that we have well over 100 excited and productive volunteers each year that I never ever have to worry about! I'm honestly not sure if we could do it without them!

– Aaron Miller, Lead Programmer / Ringleader, Field Trip Music & Arts Festival
